From David Webb and his iconic Kingdom Collection. This is an estate piece. The Horse Brooch is made with black enamel and then set with diamonds and ruby eyes. Meticulously crafted in 18 karat gold and platinum. The diamonds are set in platinum. The wonderfully sculpted mane is 18 karat yellow gold. Phenomenal, as all of David Webb items. In excellent condition. Looks as though never worn.
Brooch feature ruby cabochons eyes, accented with round and single-cut diamonds throughout. The Diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.70 carat, are approximately E-G color and VVS-VS clarity. The Rubies are medium in color, with inclusions visible at 10x magnification.
The black enamel is in excellent condition. Dimensions approximately 2 1/8 x 1 1/2 inches. The tail is slightly raised, under examination, the item is in original design. Safety back pin with slider.
